The Benelli M4 muzzle brake is designed to take some of the kick out of the gun.
The Benelli M4 muzzle brake compensator or “comp” is a muzzle device designed to counter the vertical movement of the barrel, forcing that muzzle back down on target.
The Benelli M4 Muzzle brake breacher vents/ports are what prevent damage to the muzzle. the teeth allow the muzzle device to bite into the door/frame.
The muzzle kits do not come with any type of instructions from Benelli.
Tighten down choke adapter with choke wrench and hand tighten brake.
Check brake periodically to make sure it stays tight as it is a moving part.
